The Momentum Accelerator

For Emotional Fitness Bootcamp Graduates

The Momentum Accelerator is a 3-month program to up-level and integrate your learnings from the Emotional Fitness Bootcamp and set into motion your vision for summer, 2019.

In the Emotional Fitness Bootcamp, you learned the foundational concepts of emotional well-being. In the Momentum Accelerator, you’ll be guided through the process of integrating Emotional Fitness deeply in all aspects of your life.

Who This Is For

This program is for YOU if...

  • You recognize that you’ve made a lot of progress in the Emotional Fitness Bootcamp, and don’t want to slide back to your “emotionally obese” ways of doing things--especially when it comes to work and relationships.

  • You don’t want the summer to take you off track--emotionally, mentally, or physically. Rather than have too many drinks, put on extra pounds, or otherwise get pulled back into your Prince tendencies over the summer months, you want to feel strong and centered – especially while spending time with friends and family.

  • You feel like you’ve understood the concepts in Emotionally Fitness Bootcamp and started to practice them, but you want to make sure you are able to integrate them for life.

  • You want to continue 2019 strong and focused with a clear plan and vision for how you are showing up in the world.

  • You are committing to 2019 being the year that you truly take the bull by the horns and live full out in work, love, well-being, and relationships.

  • You desire accountability--just the right amount--to sustain your momentum throughout 2019.

    How It Works

    At the start of the program you’ll receive an inventory to help you outline your current level of emotional fitness and the goals you have to uplevel in Momentum Accelerator.

    Each month we’ll have 2 group coaching calls where you’ll receive live coaching and support from your fellow Momentum Accelerators. We’ll also have a Facebook group dedicated to this program so you can stay connected in between calls.

    Only graduates from the Emotional Fitness Bootcamp are invited to join to ensure that all members have a shared knowledge base and an established sense of trust, connection, and support.


The Program Includes

  • Kick off inventory to set your goals for your Momentum Accelerator experience

  • 2 group coaching calls per month, where we’ll focus on your Review & Visioning as well as any key areas of your life that you are looking to grow.

  • A Facebook group with members of the program to share your wins and challenges.
